Valldemossa Ice Cream Shop

In 2025, DIPLAPROYECT developed a comprehensive ice cream shop project in Valldemossa, strictly respecting the existing structures listed as historical heritage. The access doors were rebuilt, maintaining the traditional aesthetic and the village’s architectural identity, using materials and finishes consistent with the surroundings, ensuring harmonious integration with the urban landscape.
Inside, an exposed electrical installation with a copper finish was carried out, providing a carefully balanced artisanal and industrial character. The refrigerated display furniture was lacquered in RAL to match the client’s corporate palette, reinforcing its brand identity. Complete equipment was installed for the production and sale of ice cream, crêpes, waffles, milkshakes, smoothies, and slushies, creating a functional, attractive space ready to deliver a memorable dining experience in one of Mallorca’s most iconic locations.
