In 2025, DIPLAPROYECT carried out at Chalet Siena the full transformation of a dead space into a wine cellar, turning it into a functional area with high gastronomic value. The project included phases of space analysis, design of alternatives, conceptual proposal, technical development, coordination of trades, and final execution. The layout, lighting, bespoke joinery, and equipment were optimised, achieving aesthetic integration with the restaurant’s identity and enhancing the customer experience.
