At the Hotel Allsun Cormorán in Paguera, DIPLAPROYECT carried out a comprehensive renovation of the buffet and dishwashing area, completely transforming the space both aesthetically and operationally. The project combined wood finishes to provide warmth, elegance, and a contemporary image aligned with the establishment’s standards.
The showcooking area was redesigned to optimize workflows and customer visibility, while the new buffet was executed with Solid Surface cladding, incorporating technical recesses for plates, integration of hot and cold plates, and state-of-the-art equipment. The result is a functional, durable, and visually appealing space that enhances the dining experience and service efficiency.
